Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund. If you are eligible, that includes an unworn or unused item in the same condition as it was when you first received it with the tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sale@olevseurope.com. When the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sale@olevseurope.com.

Damages and issues:

When your order arrives, please inspect it and get in touch with us on the same day if you find any defects or if we sent the wrong product. We'll take care of it and correct the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns on certain items, including perishable goods, custom orders and personal care products. For service-related questions, please contact our customer service. If you would like to return something please contact us at sale@olevseurope.com.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
